I have a 2007 japanese-made camry. I bought at a premium (well above invoice and above msrp because servco hawaii does not give discounts) thinking i was paying for a reliable and well-made vehicle. The steering wheel flutters a lot at highway speed. This happens even in perfectly smooth road and in a little rough road the vehicle is uncontrollable. Toyota known about the problem and has a tsb (tsb 01-06-08). However, dealers always ask to go for wheel alignment, balancing etc and does not want to fix as per tsb.
