I own a 2009 camry le. The material that covers the dashboard is sticky and peeling off. This has been happening since 2018. When the sun shines the light reflects and is very distracting while driving. Toyota issued a recall for this problem. I called them today (1/27/20) but they say it is now expired. In state of ohio they ise this site to determine if your car is gasoline power, electric l, or hybrid. And supposedly they say your company has my car listed as hybrid for a 2010. And my car is actually gasoline v6 xle. What kind of proof do i need to show besides pictures of my engine or a letter from a well know dealership?

In deep white sands desert car keys locked inside the trunk. The dashboard of my 2007 toyota camry is very sticky. While driving i receive a glare on my eyes coming from the dashboard. Very unsafe to drive. I read many complaints of camry owners about this issue. My car is always garaged so it receive less exposure to the sun.
