Tl* the contact owns a 2003 toyota camry. While driving approximately 35 mph the contact noticed the headlights looked extremely dim. The vehicle was taken to the dealer and the technicians stated the plastic cover on the side of the headlights needed to be replaced because they fog up making the headlights seem dim. The vehicle was not repaired. The approximate failure mileage was 60,000.
