Dt: the gas pedal and the brake pedal are too close together. This has caused the consumer at least four accidents. Because when the consumer goes to press on the brake t will accidentally hit the gas pedal. The consumer was so surprised every time this occurred that she was unable to stop the vehicle until she hit something. Three times this occurred.
