The condensation on my headlights are horrible. I have had them cleaned numerous times but it keeps coming back. Also, my headlights on low beam are ineffective and i cannot see anything when i'm driving at night. I have to use my high beam to get any kind of lighting to see where i'm going at night

Horrible low-beam lighting. Toyota response is "give me over $1,000 and we will replace fixtures". I have owned many cars in the last 54 years (one for 18 yrs) and never had headlight problems. Toyota ought to be embarrassed into at least replacing them at cost. I'm guessing the coating on the lens is defective because nothing else has corrected the problem.

The low beam headlights have a near 0% effectiveness. I leave the headlight switch in the "always on" position, but at night i often have to switch the headlights off and then back on to verify they are on. When they are on at night, the headlights are at near 0% effectiveness.
