When installing my radian80sl with superlatch, i checked for movement at the belt path and the superlatch straps very easily loosened. More than one attempt was made to get an acceptable install using the superlatch, but it loosened each time, leaving more than 1" of movement and an unacceptable install. While carrying the child secured in an infant only child seat, the carry handle became loose. This condition could cause the carry handle to fail, which could subsequently cause injury to the infant.
