The windshield in my 2019 toyota camry seems to have crystals and chips in it. I notice this as soon as i purchased it, when light reflects on it. There also seems to be scratches. It is a new car only had 27 miles on it when i purchased it.

Car manufacturer like toyota has automatic high beam installed in all of their vehicles since 2017. It causes extreme discomfort for other car drivers on the highway,especially those driving in same direction.
