Abs actuator failed for no apparent reason. Many warning lights came on suddenly while normal driving. The lights included slippage, abs, check vsc, and emergency break. The break action response was diminished. This is a known problem to toyota, and they extended the warranty, but ours is beyond the new extension window. Cost to repair is $1,600

Driving on street approaching an intersection where i was turning left and had a green light when the abs/esc lights on the dash turned on and brakes stopped working. This caused me to roll through the intersection and almost cause an accident. Had to stop by rolling into curb. Found the brakes do work somewhat now but are dangerously weak.

Car seems like the emergency brake is on but its not. When i drive off it pulls back and hesitates. The seatbelt doesnt always send the signal that iam wearing it which makes the car seat alarm go off. I was backing out of a parking spot. When my car staled and was shaking in reverse. I slammed on my breaks because i thought i backed up into something. When i put my car in drive and took my foot off of the brake pedal. My car immediately accelerated to full speed out of no where and caused me to crash into two cars.

During both wet and dry conditions at times the car doesn't realign after making turns, grinds while turning, pulls to the right, pull and shake violently when having to come to or make an abrupt stop. With car in park, turned off, and keys out of the ignition the steering wheel shakes violently and tries to oscillate. Can provide video upon request.
